200g Brie

200g Parmigiano Reggiano DOP

200g Gouda

200g Blue cheese

200g Pecorino cheese

100g grapes

100g mixed nuts

100g olives

100g crackers or sliced baguette

50g honey

50g fig jam

Mazzetti Hot Chili Pepper glaze to taste

7 oz Brie

7 oz Parmigiano Reggiano DOP

7 oz Gouda

7 oz Blue cheese

7 oz Pecorino cheese

3.5 oz grapes

3.5 oz mixed nuts

3.5 oz olives

3.5 oz crackers or sliced baguette

1.8 oz honey

1.8 oz fig jam

Mazzetti Hot Chili Pepper glaze to taste

  • Step 1. 

Prepare the Cheeses.

Remove the cheeses from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before serving to allow them to come to room temperature. Slice the cheeses into bite-sized pieces or wedges. 

  • Step 2. 

Arrange the cheeses.

Place the cheeses on a large serving board or platter, spacing them out evenly. 

  • Step 3. 

Add the accompaniments.

Arrange the grapes, mixed nuts, and olives around the cheeses. Place the crackers and/or a sliced baguette on the board. Add small bowls of honey, fig jam and Hot Chili Pepper glaze to the board. 

  • Step 4. 

The perfect serve.

Provide cheese knives and small spoons for the honey, fig jam and the hot chilli glaze. Serve the cheeseboard immediately, allowing guests to mix and match the cheeses with the accompaniments.
