A delicious sweet & sticky BBQ sauce perfect for glazing steak or chicken on the BBQ or grill. This Balsamic glaze/marinade, combines our classic light- bodied Yellow Label with a blend of tomatoes, worcestershire sauce, a touch of sugar and garlic, enjoy!

125ml Mazzetti Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

125ml tomato ketchup

1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

1 garlic clove minced

30g brown sugar

salt & black pepper to taste

1 tsp dijon mustard

1/2 cup Mazzetti Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

1/2 cup tomato ketchup

1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

1 garlic clove minced

1 oz brown sugar

Salt & black pepper to taste

1 tsp dijon mustard

  • Step 1.

Throw all the ingredients in a pan and stir until they are all mixed together into a smooth sauce. Simmer over medium heat until reduced, about 10 to 15 minutes.

  • Step 2.

Place the chicken breasts or steak in a large bowl and pour some of the sauce over the meat. Marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes. Place on the grill or BBQ over medium-high heat.
